Need help getting the heated seats to work in a 2002 S80

Hey everyone I have a 2002 Volvo S80 that I bought a few weeks ago and I'm having a problem with the heated seats. The problem being that when I push the button to turn them on the light doesn't light up and also the seats don't warm up (this is happening with both driver and passanger)

So if anyone has any suggestions on what the problem may be or how to fix it please let me know thanks for the help.

No real experience here but have you checked for a blown fuse?

Yes I have but I'm not real sure what one controll it

It's probably a fuse...

To fn42:
How do you access that manual? i.e. I would like to access manuals for other models and years but just trying to back track up the URL address always seems to take me to an 'Access Denied' directory(ies)
