A fair amount to those of us in the US. 531's are rare at best in the states. If you're going to remain N/A, a BCP (big coolant passages) 405 is available for cheap cheap, and is fine except for the coolant passage problem. Figure a good weekend to install, assuming you've done head swaps and what-not before, otherwise a fair bit longer.
Budget a grand, and be prepared to pass that by a fair amount depending upon parts availability and how long you're willing to wait around for the best deals.
