Rocker Switch Bulb Honda Part Number

My bulb decided to go out on my defroster switch on a 99 S70. So been watching posts on here and saw Honda has part numbers for less money than volvo on radio bulbs. So I work at a ford honda dealership so i went to the honda parts dept. Needless to say I now have a Honda part number for the bulb in most of the rocker switches in a 98-00 Volvo S70. The part number is 79672-s3n-n41 should be around 5 or 6 bucks way less then your local Volvo dealer. Just thought i post this info happy trails!

Lee, I edited the post. I have a Mac OS X "Service" (right-click) that transforms to lower case. I choose either keep uppercase first word, first letter in sentences or first letter of every word. Problem is it doesn't care about proper nouns like Honda, I or S70. Those I have to go back in. No biggie.

JSTOUT1976, thanks for this. The first two online places I found by searching on the part # they came up at just $3.50-ish. Cheap.

I also have a bunch of those bulbs that someone can get from me if they'd like. $4 for the first and $3 for each bulb there after. I was shocked then my local Volvo stealership tried to sell me 1 bulb for $18. I found a place to purchase some at bulk and have lot's to go around. Free Shipping.

I posted a DIY while back on the VS to replace the bulbs individually instead of buying the whole bulb assembly. It required a little bit of work, but nothing to hard. This is a great cheap alternative to buying the whole bulb assembly individually. Hope it helps someone.

I buy these bulbs at Radio Shack, they come in a pack of 2 for just under $2.

Our radio shack doesn't have the proper brightness. They are dimmer.

hmmmm I guess that may be the case, did not compare brightness.
