Welcome to MVS,

The military time / Celcius is easy. Press and hold both the Hour and Minutes buttons on the clock and after a few seconds it will toggle between US and Euro specs.

For the radio code you will likely need to visit your nearest dealer. I have had decent luck by just calling the parts department and giving them the VIN number and they will give it to me over the phone. This assumes that the radio is original to the car.

On all of my radios I have just used a sharpie and written the code down on the radios themselves. Many others do the same thing so it might be worth a try to pull the radio and look at it. It will be a 4 digit code with numbers between 1 and 6.

Don't just poke in random numbers or you will lock the radio out after three wrong attempts.

Had the same problem with my 96 when i bought it. Lucky for me mine had the original manual in the glove. Was poking through it figuring some stuff out and noticed the code written in by the original owner. :)
