Whatever you do, don't use the URO system. It's a piece of leaky, unrefined crap that we ended up having to replace after only about 40k miles. The hoses don't fit properly, and it's very poor quality.

When you are in the final stages of buttoning it back up, the elbow that goes into the side of the intake by the computer box loves to be a troll and pop off. If you need to, put a small clamp on that. Otherwise just be mindful of this, that simple little hose can make this whole job seem to have done nothing by not allowing vacuum to the system.

Call them up and ask they substitute all OEM Volvo parts for your order.

I think this was for me Jblackburn. I'll take a look as there is now coolant and oil drips side by side on the drive way.
