1989 volvo 240 rear springs coils are they interchangeable?

1989 volvo 240 rear springs coils are they interchangeable?

Hello I have a 1989 240 I need to replace the rear springs I have over 200,000 miles on the car. My question is I have a 1989 volvo 740 turbo with around the same miles. Are the rear springs interchangeable can I put the springs that are on the 740 onto the 240?
