1988 Volvo 740 GLE dying while driving and not starting
We own a 1988 Volvo 740 GLE no turbo 4 cylinder with rear wheel drive...my husband was driving down the road and it died. Now, it won't even start...What is the problem???

search the forum for posts on diagnosing the fuel pump relay (common fault with these cars) - could also be the timing belt, if it broke or slipped off you should still be okay as these are non-interference motors - either way you might want to get the help of someone who is mechanically inclined
