Front seat headrests

The frontseat headrest in the 2012 XC90 as configured tilts my 5'6" wife's head forward a few degrees and is very uncomfortable for her. I want to buy the car but this is a deal-breaker. Is there anything that can be done about that? Any after-market fix? Thanks!
