1998 s70 exterior door moulding removal

How do you remove these exterior panels

this is the part i want to remove (this is not my pic it is just a close up of the part I want to remove)

I have heard that there are plugs or glue and i am not sure which. Any guidance would be great

If you follow the trim to the trailing edge of the door, just inside you'll see a plug, pull the plug and you'll see a 15T hex screw. Remove that screw, be careful not to drop it, then slide the trim forward and the trim clips will fall out of the door slots. These instructions are for the 850's and likely work for the s/v70's.
