Re: PCV Valve vacuum leak?
Whoops - I should have paid attention to that. Just run it around and attach it there, then, to the flame trap snorkel near the throttle body if you can't find the end of the hose under the intake manifold on the left side.

I can find the hose but the inner hose where I would connect the other end of the elbow is a pain in the butt to slide in. Would you suggest removing the fuel rail cover, per Ipd suggestion, for easier access? I'm not that mechanically inclined nut and I would want to mess anything up but slipping on a piece of rubber hosing should be, in theory, relatively easy for even a novice such as myself.jblackburn wrote:Whoops - I should have paid attention to that. Whatever you can do to get to it! Removing the fuel rail cover MIGHT give you a little bit of room, but not much. It's messy coming around the front of the engine with it, but hey, whatever gets it venting will result in less blowby at idle!

I'd run a piece of vacuum line loosely across the front of the motor, them get the codes cleared, and see if that does it...if so, you can dedicate a comfortable time to fishing it over under the intake (much easier from under the car, supported on GOOD jackstands.
