Volvo V40 radio code retreivial

Hello all whos here i have one problem...Yestarday i buy Volvo V40 but the man didnt giv me the code for radio now i cant Power ON it and i dont know what to do i have Serial Number :VO1140W1551174A if someone can help me for code to power on will be great

It is on Volvo's dealer computer system. You have to go to a dealer to get the code.

I trie this method but the dealer wants 300$ for the code and i dont want to giv so much money for this.I can giv u my VIN if will help .

Yea it is based off the VIN # I believe. Try giving these guys a call.

They did some work on my car but before I even dropped the car off, they were willing to give me the radio code to our V40 over the phone...no charge. They have access to it somehow.

Could call and ask how much for a random service, and then slide the question in about the radio code and see if they'll hook you up.
