How remove rear bumper S40 2009?

Some nugget hit the rear bumper causing a dint in it. I can't get to the dint without removing the bumper.

Can anyone give me a step by step guide as to how to remove the rear bumper?

Where is Sunderland? I wasn't sure if it was a left hand drive etc?
