Tutorial on r/r of rear windshield wiper and motor?

2000 VR and my motor is now completely stuck (or some component of the whole assembly is stuck). Any tutorials on doing this?

And, is it worth my while to remove the whole darn tailgate in order to do this or twist myself into knots trying to extricate it in situ?

My experience on my V70R and previous 740 Turbo is that the shaft gets rusted and seizes within the nylon sleeve. Disassembly is straight forward. Thoroughly sand off t.he rust and corrosion from the shaft, and reassemble with a good waterproof lightweight grease. Lube all moving parts and joints while apart. One thing I did while apart was to gently clamp the sleeve in a vise, then repeatedly twist and turn the shaft till it spun freely; every minute or so I would remove the shaft, wipe clean, apply more lube and then work it some more.

That was 5years ago, and it still works great despite the harsh Vermont winters.
