Hello all,
I have been a long time follower of this forum and am finally in need of help so I look to you of more knowledge than myself for help.
I have a '99 S80 non-turbo and I took my car to get it aligned and M*das said the front left sway bar end link was broken and the car needed new outer tie rods. After they quoted me $700 for the job and I said no thanks and bought all of the parts online for around $100. I jacked the car up to get to work and apparently the person who owned the car before me stripped the hex keys for the end links and I do not know what to do now. I do not have a torch and wanted to see if y'all could impart any knowledge upon me for this issue. Thank you.

Welcome to the forum!
A monkey/pipe wrench may be able to clamp on and hold the threaded part still while you loosen the nut with a box end wrench.
Coat the bolt liberally in PB Blaster before trying to break it free.
$700 for tie rods?!? Wow.

Thanks for the help guys. My car has been parked for a while because of a multitude of issues and I finally just drilled out the bolt to hammer in an old torx bit and it gripped well enough to remove.
