740 gl leaking coolant next to block please help

740 gl leaking coolant next to block please help

Could this be anything other than the head gasket?

no white smoke coming from tail pipe. I can only see water gushing out after I have turned the engine off.

Leak as far as I can see so far is on the driver side of the block
