The cam seal could leak the oil onto the exhaust, but most likely it's the PCV system if it hasn't been done in a while. Like said earlier. It pools up around the rear of the motor and then on a hard right turn, it flows over and the smoke begins to flow out the back for a few seconds. Speaking from total experience of course. My cam seal leak looked more like my RMS was leaking.
The compression test should tell a lot.
Now if it has a bad heater core, I would scrap it for sure. I hate plumbing, and hate it worst in cars. :D .

Lol, you need to do a heater core on these cars before you say that.... I can get one done, start to finish, in about 30 minutes. Soooooo easy.

I'm fighting one right now. The next one I do will be a lot quicker. My old bones don't bend like they did a FEW years ago.
Mainly stating that these older cars come with problems that spring up after years of ownership that were not thought about.

Pulling back the carpet helps quite a bit! I didn't damage a single fin when I installed it.
Smashed the old one, but that's a different story.
Shane, you were pretty good at smashing that crappy 850 for the air pump that didn't work :P
Give that 855R a good look over, check everything. From what I've heard, R's are the ones that everyone beats on.

Back to the 98V70T5M with issues.
If you have the time and money, it might be worth a low offer. I would still do a compression check.
The T5M sounds like an interesting one.
