wheere may one find a dual exahust with the bumper to fit?

There was no S70R in the U.S., so you may be hard pressed to find one, but possibly the 850 R's bumper will fit. There is a guy selling one real cheap so you can check it out. This bumper is from a 1998 V70R...

this bumper has the two exhaust outlets, correct?

yes indeed, I got hit hard enough to peel the paint so it needs to be stripped and repainted, yeah it;s got the duals and the cover for the trim pc to be trimmed to match the other side as well.

You are absolutely right...guess I'm just blurry eyed tonight. The original post was for S70 dual exhaust....so, the answer is an AWD bumper (which was made in '99 and 2000). I don't know anyone who has any of these, but I'll keep my eyes open for sure.
