Looking at the pic, the bottom bolt near the tensioner, about 11 o'clock, looks to have coolant on it as well. I would do as Ben suggested, make sure the bolts are snugg and watch it for a week or two. If it still leaks, order a pump and change it on a slow day or weekend. Just keep an eye on your temp in case the perpeller inside falls off and you loose coolant circulation. When I installed the new pump it leaked a little a few days later and when I checked the bolts about 1/2 of them were loose. So I snugged them down and the leak went away.

As for the whitish greasy looking stuff. Again, I'd wipe it down and check in a few days.
