Timing belt noise

Hi there! Funny thing, posting here from sweden about a swedish car, I hope you realize the impression this forum does!
Not the first time posting here either

My 850 glt NA -97 makes a funny sound at 1200 rpms, and one can only just see a hint of the timing belt shiver at that rpm.
The belt, rollers and water pump have been replaced in that order, noise started some time after the belt was replaced.
The car has 250 000 km on it, maybe 150 000 miles? (guessing). T-belt interval is 120 000 km, so it was last changed at 240 000 km by me.
Only thing left is the tensioner, an expensive little thing, will replace that soon.
Noise is unaffected by removing serpentine belt.
Is there anything you would try first, before buying tensioner?

You may have purchased a bad roller. Where did you get them?

It would be interesting to see the timing belt with the timing belt cover off at the same RPM range.

Thank you for answering! And for fixing the video..?
The brand is "INA", if I recall correctly. I bought the cheapest kit availeble.
The water pump is the most expensive, from dealership.
With TB-cover off, noise is the same. I did not notice any differance, at least. I will listen more closely when I get a chance, I will film it as well.
To do list: take out tensioner for inspection, at the same time I will inspect rollers.
And since you suggest rubbing (maybe you didnt?) I will take that little metal cover out as well, the one at the bottom.

Inspect the tensioner, step 16 and 17 here. I would not replace it if it passes inspection.

It sounds to me like the timing belt cover might be rubbing against something--perhaps the belt or the crankshaft pulley.

You mentioned that you still hear it with the timing belt cover removed. Could it be the inner, lower timing belt cover? Was it cracked or damaged when you did the work on the belt/pulley's/water pump? If so, part of it may be positioned improperly.

As to why it would only rub in that narrow rpm range, you've got me!

Me too, at idle there is no sound, from 1300 and higher no sound.
But hopefully I can look into this again tonight, and covers are already on the list.

I see now I forgot to mention, its quiet at start up, so something has to warm up for a minute or two, before the noise starts.
Also, its loud enough for me to hear it when i am driving.

New video today, and a better one I thought. But I think I was too close to the cams..
No time to check anything more tonight, but the car took me to work and back today

Tomorrow morning I have wifes permission to do more, I will get back then!
