Joe sent me a PM and then proceeded to get my order off the ground and into the air. It only left the USA on the 25th October via UPS (I finally received the shipping advice last night) It took 10 days for reasons unknown and unexplained to sort my order out. Hmmm

I put in the correct part number; response could not find part; sorry we have gotten this part of our system finished. So, I decided to try LIVE CHAT. Well, no one was available; response just leave a message. So, decided to give you a third chance. Took the time wrote the chat message. After a few tries sending the message; got this response: sorry this is not working, but don't worry out system will indicate to us that we're having a problem.
Yes, I agree that you are having a problem. You wrote our site wanting to drum up business, tooting your horn about the great service. Gee, I tried multiple times and EVERY possible avenue to contact you---and could not do that. So, I do not believe that I will be giving you MY business.
