S70 1999 2.4 petrol - stalls when turning/full lock on steer

I noticed that when turning the steering wheel full lock at slow speed the car sometimes stalls. doesn't always happen. Typically, if a find a parking space that a want to reverse into and turn the car into the space in front of where I want to reverse, the car would stall. The car has done 130k miles
