Jimmy, I tried blowing through the line. I couldn't blow air through. What in your experience stops the flow? A clog? Or where it couples to the tank. I'm assuming that it returns to (what I think is) the reservior tank above the actual gas tank. I assume that the procedure is to drop the fuel tank to access the other end of the return line.

I know this is 12 years old- but did you find a blockage? If so,how did you go about clearing it?
