i bought this volvo in pieces and the camshaft cover is broke right at the seal by the intake pully it had obviously snagged on one of the pully bolts as my friend was takin it apart, i remember reading in a kia manual that had this setup that they needed to be replaced together. thanks so much

You should post a picture as some of those breaks do not need you to replace anything (depending on which part is broken).

You could just buy a new/used cam cover and check that the dimensions are right.

oops im sorry i meant its broke right at the exhaust pully seal, so it will leak oil, im gonna put up a pic soon
