Driver side front door not communicating

First of all, I want to say this a great site and very helpful. Also ordered from IPD in the past, great prices and prompt shipping. That being said, I recently encountered an issue with the driver door on my '08 S80. Pretty consistently, when closing the door the window switches do not operate the windows and the panel in door is not illuminated. From the outside when closing the door and hitting the lock on the key fob or the black lock button on door handle, the locks will not actuate on driver side front and rear door. you can then open and close the door a time or two and it is operable again. Is this a common issue with these doors/wiring harnesses? I haven't looked at it yet, very recent problem. I plan on looking at this in the next day or two when the weather is more cooperative and seeing if there is a loose ground or something of that nature. Maybe colder weather and less flex on a wiring harness resulting in a partial disconnect? Thanks in advance.

Spills may cause issues (water ingress from rain, or coffee) so check the connectors and overall cleanliness. If this is an intermittent problem, check for loose connections, recessed pins, etc. Make sure your fuses are seated well. It appears to be power related, so I would start there. If DDM comm codes are stored, try clearing them.
The module is easy to pry up from the door panel to gain access to the harness. Disconnect battery first.

Thanks for the reply. I went out there and applied firm pressure on the wire connector that enters the door and the wife is convinced it is fixed now. We'll see how it goes, that would be way too easy. I haven't had time to get acqainted fully with this car yet, only had it about three weeks. Thanks again.

I have a LHD S80 >2007, and the passenger doors are not communicate to the key, and the control panel inside the car. Also the windows at the right side donot communicate to the control panel.
Do you have any idea how to fix this problem?
