Rocker panel trim?

I am trying to find the technical name of the 72 inch long piece of trim that runs along the outside of my 1990 240 under the doors. It is missing on both sides of my car and I'm trying to find replacements. Thanks for your expert help. I did search the forum and other sources, but am still confused.

Could it be part #9 on the attached? This shows the 5 door but the 4 door is the same part.
