Limp Mode S60

I have an S60 T5 which is in limp mode.
Codes are530B Can communication with trans control
3F03 Starter interlock relay- no signal
1A55 Can communication with AC control unit - no signal
1A61 Can communication with trans - no signal

I clear codes and start car no probs, as soon as i get a speed signal (move car) it goes straight back to limp mode.
I also have no climate control operation (not sure if its can bus related)

I am unable to find a Volvo dealer in Australia that is willing to help with some wiring diagrams for this model.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

PS Pin 14 to ground in the DLC has 1.4 volts I think it should be between 2.6 and 2.9 volts)

Please note on further investigation I have actually supplied the incorrect information re this vehicle it is actually an XC70 2.4 B5244T3 Still desperate for help!
