XC70 Limp mode

Hi I have an XC70 B5244T3 which is in limp mode.
Codes are530B Can communication with trans control
3F03 Starter interlock relay- no signal
1A55 Can communication with AC control unit - no signal
1A61 Can communication with trans - no signal

I clear codes and start car no probs, as soon as i get a speed signal (move car) it goes straight back to limp mode.
I also have no climate control operation (not sure if its can bus related)

I am unable to find a Volvo dealer in Australia that is willing to help with some wiring diagrams for this model.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
PS Pin 14 to ground in the DLC has 1.4 volts I think it should be between 2.6 and 2.9 volts)

What year is the car? I think you may be in the wrong forum with your question since the CAN bus came into its own after 2000. Let me know and I can move your post to the proper forum if necessary.

Thanks Lee. It imported too Australia in 11/2000 so classed as a 2001 model here
