Volvo tuning

How to go faster, stop quicker, and turn harder. Chips, exhaust, larger turbos, bigger/slotted/drilled rotors, high performance brake pads, manual boost controllers, performance shocks/struts/springs, airbox mods and more! Also discussion on HID and Xenon lights, aftermarket foglights and other exterior lighting.

You're not gonna get a whole lot out of the non-turbo models performance wise. It would take big money (at least $10k) and a whole bunch of custom work to get it even to the level of a stock Turbo or T5 model. This is why we tell most people who are looking for more performance from a non-turbo model to sell it and buy a turbo model. There is a pretty large aftermarket for the turbo cars, but the only bolt-on performance stuff for the non turbo would be the EST exhaust system, UR crank pulley, performance ECU, and K&N panel filter. All this will cost you at least $1300 and might yield 10-12 hp if you're lucky.

Beyond that, you should learn about cars first, an intercooler is to cool a turbo and is NA for an non turbo.
There is really not a whole lot you can do. You can spend upwards of $2000 and MAYBE get all of 10hp.
These motors are not tuneable, sell it and buy a turbo you'll come out ahead

About N/A-tuning... In my opinion you should buy a bottle of whiskey instead. It will give you more pleasure.

What would probably be least expensive, thought probably not easiest, is to replace the engine with a turbo one...
