where is the thermistor (aircon probefor a Volvo S80

Hi

My Volvo S80 airconditioning stops cooling after some time . Once when it stopped I checked and saw that the pipes were frozen . I was told that it could be that the thermistor is faulty. Where is the thermistor located? Does the dashboard need to be removes to reach that. Please do you have a diagram to show the exact position.

remove left side under dash panel. The sensor is white with green electrical plug and is stuck into side of case just in front of those two aluminum heater pipes you will see on side of case. Twist it like it was a bulb socket to remove

The a/c case sits in the center. look to the right and up on the left side.
