1990 volvo 740GL sohc ECM compatibility

I have a 0 280 000 556 Bosch ECM

Can someone please help me out with a for sure compatible ECM to replace this one.

0 280 009 556 are somewhat hard to find an exact match at a good price.

Are -937, -954 and -967 fully compatible?

Not sure on this and don't want to buy the wrong one.
