V40 99 alarm problem

Hi,new to this,but am in a pickle,please help
Parked car up,came back the next day,fob wouldnt work,door pins wouldnt open,but drivers door open, put key in ignition but no power,teted battery and flat,so charged up and refitted,but alarm keeps goin off,read loads about door pins ect and internal siren battery faults,so i took door cards off and lubed all door pins,boot and bonnet pins,but no luck,dis connecting battery and alarm stops,indicating siren flat?
So i removed siren and retried but indicators still flashing and car now wont start,which it would befor whilst alarm going,
So immobiliser obv on,refitte siren and tried,but still the same.
Im guessing door pin might have got stuck,alarm went of in the night and drained both batteries, and the fob dont work now due to need re syncing.
So is there away to just remove alarm all together for now and resync fob etc to get immobiliser off, or does it sound like i need a new siren to start
Please help
