strange sound

When I was young, I had a whistle. It was shaped like a stick. When you pulled the interior stick/ slide, the whistle made a drawn out whooping sound. My car has started making the same sound. My dealership tells me there is nothing wrong, but five different people have heard this sound. Im concerned the dealership won't discover the problem until my warranty runs out. This occurs whether Im braking, driving, or idling. The car is not a turbo. I would be grateful for any suggestions as to what could be going on.

I have a 99 s70 and it has the same sound. It is a turbo car. Never checked into it because the old girl runs fine. It seems to match the rpms of the motor but only does it in 1st and 2nd gear. It's an automatic, not a manual.
