S70 1998 Driver Door Broken Hinge after 2 Prev. Repairs

anyone got anything new to offer? driver door hinge broke again.
last recommended fix here seemed air tight and suggested by
all, even mechanic thought it would be the end of the problem.
but now 8 months later hinge broke again. also welded at first
attempt to repair. have run out of ideas. help!!!
