'91 240 Idiot lights and stalling

Here is my situation.
I recently replaced the starter, and long story short, at one point it was hooked up backwards(pos to ground, and groud to Pos).

Prior to this parts change I did not have the following issues. After this, I do.

When I start the car, it stalls while idling unless I keep my foot significantly into the gas for 4-6 minutes.
The battery light is on dimly at first, but then, after about 10 mins of running, ALL the indicator lights on the dash light up except the oil pressure light.

Please help. I can't seem to diagnose this problem on my own.
