Seat belt relay won't stop ringing, 1994 940

Hey, I recently put in a new seat belt relay in my car (it was missing when I bought it) and it never stops ringing. Is there a switch in the seatbelt or door? I'm thinking one of those may have blinked out.

I know I could pop it back out, but it cost me $20 and it's a PITA to get to so I'd rather that be a last resort option.
