I have a love/hate relationship with my 2006 Volvo S40 AWD T5: 10 days after I bought the car, the information center told me thew car had been immobilized due to steering failure. Sure, warrantied, and sure, safest car in the world and a safety measure... but why should the steering fail in a two year old car?
Then I have had the brake bump go bad... apparently another bulletin, but rather should be a recall as the hood has been super-hot from day one, just never knew why.
And now have been enjoying rain/water leaking into the passenger side of cabin for months, couldn't figure it out but apparently it is a clogged Sun roof drain, because I live in the city and park outdoors. Right. Aren't cars all weather vehicles?
Will I buy another Volvo? unlikely.
What is this bulletin stuff? These items should be recalls.
