Problems Starting, abs trac lights, and codes P0014, P1550

not regularly as I know if but i did find some write ups and going to take to him (been my mechanic for over 12 years now) see what he can do.
Abs I found one on ebay I am going to buy which is off a volvo that was rear ended so he is parting it out.
I wanted to thank you also for all your suggestions and help

One question....

If you pay somebody to provide a service and that service isn't provided, why would you spend more of your own money to correct the situation instead of putting the responsibility on them?

To be honest I don't have the time to keep fooling around with it I really need to get the car back on the road plus when I sent my module to them the they sent it out to someone else by accident so im not really trying to deal with them again. The guy selling me the abs module told me if for any reason I can send it back to him for a complete refund and also it's kinda hard to find an abs module for the price he is selling it to me for. I know it is kinda dumb but I really need to get this car going

Ok new abs module and now I have a P1663 code and no P1550 code, the car still will not go into third gear except in winter mode and when I get it to 50 mph it doesn't want to shift up, I have a new abs wheel sensor, new wheel hub with abs, tracs light, abs light still comes on, will my PNP switch cause any of these problems?
