2004 volvo XC90 2.5T, check engine code P2112

recently My XC90 2.5T came with the check engine light on and I check the code, which is the P2112. I search online and found it should related to the throttle issue. I took to one of the mechanics local and they said it means "throttle actuator stuck closed" and they don't know how to fix it :shock: they suggested me to find some other autoshop specified in Volvo or go to dealer. So I hope to know what should I do with this problem. Can I just clean the throttle body or I need to replace it with a new one?
Can I do it by myself or I need to go to the auto repair service. if I need to go to the auto service, does anybody know the estimated price for this fix? or if I can do it by myself, is there any instructions I can follow?
Any answers and suggestions will be appreciated.
