OK! That got me to the right section.
It shows up as the fan relay supply with a fusible link right at the starter.
Just be sure that there's still a fusible link there because there's no
other circuit protection in that line. No fuse, no nothing.
If the link gets cut out or replaced with regular wire,
it's a fire waiting to happen.

I just for giggles took the wire loom cover apart and physically traced the wire. The"brown " pigtail is indeed the Fusible link spliced to the Bat + wire for the Cooling fan

Some clarification for future readers.
1. The "Brown" wire was not Brown, it was RED!
The Aux Fan circuit runs on smaller wire than the big cables (that are attached to the starter solenoid lug).
