The factory has my address, has my letters and the information on me. Question in other: why who does not change??? The Dealer does not concern the decision of court, the respondent in court was a factory It difficultly to understand if you live in America, instead of in Russia.
Guarantee, as Dealer-only 1 year

Serg,

I think what you are trying to tell us is that you have had a major problem with your car (looks like it could be corrosion around the battery tray) and that a court has said that your car should be replaced. So far the factory, which was told to replace the car, has done nothing and the dealer is not prepared to help.

You have written to Volvo and to Ford but have not received any replies and now want our advice on your next step.

I should like to know if I have this right so far so that we may, possibly, give you the help you so obviously need.

As you said it is hard for us to understand as we do not live in Russia but we will do our best to help.

Many thanks for your letter
You correctly have understood all, I think in America such not probably. I easy write in your forum and I have no problems.
I want: 1. To tell about the attitude to Russian people and 2.factory should to change the mine car on new.
In Russia I could not publish this the decision of court in newspapers and magazines. I can make it in America?

Serg,

I am glad I got that right.

It may be one or two days before we can come up with more help, but we will not forget about your problem.

Like you I do not live in America, I live in England. I know that you would be able to tell your story in the British newspapers and I feel that you would also be able to do the same in America.

Please be patient while we work out what to do.

Serg,

A friend who has a good knowledge of international law has advised that your first course of action must be to go back to the court that ruled for you to have a new car.

He says that if a court has made a ruling and it is ignored, then the court should take action on your behalf.

If you have already done this and are still unable to get satisfaction then he suggests that you write to Volvo's head office at
