98 V70 GLT do I truly need to get under the car for PCV?

Those ratcheting wrenches are pure win. The swivel ones come in really handy, as do the stubby-length ones for those tight places.

Major win on those ratchets. Those were the trick, the whole job wasn't terribly difficult without going under the car (except to retrieve things I'd dropped).
