1999 Volvo s80 RPM lows on cold start

Hi, Though I know cold start RPM goes up to 1K but recently I cleaned my MAF with electronic cleaner and put the Volvo original Air filter.

Afterwards my car's RPM no longer goes high as usual but stays normal on early start. This sounds to me not normal. Did I messed up with my MAF or there is filter problem. Any ideas you guys have on this issue?
