My S60 has 75,000 miles, it's a 2005 non turbo version and this will be the first time I'm flushing the tranny. There are no fault codes or mayor issues, it works as it should for the mileage IMHO. I do get a little flare ups in stop and go traffic, but I think this is normal (for the mileage) and I'm conscious at the speed the flare ups occur between 9 to 12 mph, so I baby the accelerator in this speed range before pushing it further...
I have attached a picture of the tranny to radiator connection location. Is the the correct connection location to use for flushing, driver side top left corner of the radiator with green plastic tabs, please verify?
From the forum tranny flush procedures (which I think are excellent). This type of connector with the green tabs. I could not find a clear description on how to remove the connector off the radiator. Would appreciate if someone with experience could advise?
Best regards,
Tim
