2011Volvo XC70 12v sockets not working

My wife found that her cell phone charger was not working so I switched with mine which I use every day. I found that both the socket by the shifter and in the one used by back seat passengers was not showing that is was working.
Looking at the manual I found that the fuse #22 in the fuse area by the passengers feet was the one I think. I checked and fuse is good. Any ideas or it a different fuse?

That is usually the only fuse to control the power points. I can't imagine it being something else. Are you on the right fuse? How did you check the fuse? Did you use a test light or did you visually inspect it? Did you try swapping it out just for grins?
