I have a 01 Volvo s40 exaust cam bolts came loose an jumped timing.
It bent 4 valves . I pulled head and replaced valves once I was putting back together I noticed the cam gears can go on several different ways I put them on an lined up marks put belt on and turned over by hand nothing hit but I'm only getting 35psi compression on 1&2 haven't checked other two cylinders yet is there anyway to line the cams I see there are no key ways an would have marked if I knew that. Thanks for any help. New to these cars

Have you seen this in the forum previously.
It may offer you some assistance with your timing marks and pulley setup.

If your cam seals are leaking you possibly need to look at the PCV system as well.
Excess crankcase pressure blows the seals and especially bad news if it takes out your rear main seal.

How would I go about checking the PCV? I've checked to make sure it's blowing but would I just make a guage and see what the pressure is?

Just stick a rubber glove over the oil filler cap opening. Any inflation at all means it is clogged up.
If it sucks thats ideal and if it stays uninflated but not sucking then its currently okay but probably on your 'to do list' in near future.
Another way is to remove the oil dipstick when engine hot. If smoke comes out then your crankcase pressure is too high.
