1997 s40 abs and brake lights on

The car was left for 2 weeks while I went on holiday. When I came back both the abs light and brake light were on all the time. Had the car checked over, brakes ok. Tried disconnecting the battery but no result when reconnected. Any ideas?

ABS control module has probably bit the dust. Don't buy one at the dealer. I believe that Victor Rocha can rebuild yours too for about $150 (shipping included). Look his name up here...he's a member.
