1989 Volvo 245 Uneven throttling

Hi my problem is similar to the previously posted, but persists even after changing spark plugs, wires and distributor cap. Timing positioning had been checked and adjusted as well.

The car continues to jerk-on and off and kinda makes it hart to engage gear as well
The car hadn't been driven for 19mts.

Is that 19 months? The fuel
Has gone bad.

It might've gone bad. I added 5gal of clean fuel. I believe I have to replace fuel filter.
