I have Idemitsu Type-TLS in my both Volvos.

Just looked up the Idemitsu website and yes, it does indeed specialise in Aisin Warner transmissions.
Unfortunately although they say they are global wide they are not here, 'down under'.
For you people in the US this could be another suitable option to use in the AW transmissions.
What is good is the clear chart which specifies years of Volvo's, Transmission type and their recommended ATF fluid to suit.

Can't say if there's a difference but Toyota, Mobil & Valvoline Maxlife all meet or exceed Volvo specs. Volvo doesn't refine oil someone makes it for them. My guess probably Mobil.

I picked up a case of the Mobil from Amazon. I have 10k plus since the fluid change and my '02 V70 is shifting great.
