Okay fellow Volvo geeks, I need an assist on this problem.
My '99 S70 T5 threw a CEL yesterday with the p1132 code -- my OBD reader said fuel/air management issue. I combed the site (and internet looking for possible solutions).
Here is the deal with my car:
I replaced the front O2 sensor about six months ago with the Bosch replacement. I redid my PCV system about 2000 miles ago (car has 89K miles on it), and redid a bunch vacuum lines since I had it all apart anyway, as well as upgrading to the Xemodex ETM since I had a CEL and ETS light on. Newer Volvo plugs too. I did all the work myself, so I feel like it was done well (at least to the best of my abilities).
Car was driving fantastic, no issues until now. Cleared the code last night, drove 30 miles this morning, no code yet.
I am concerned it may be the MAF, or a vacuum leak somewhere.
Give me some thoughts, guys.

I have the same code on my C70. ETM cleaned. Didn't find any leaks in the charge hoses. I had a vacuum leak in the TCV hoses though. Changed the hoses, but the CEL came back after 100km.
Going back for diagnostics tomorrow.
Maybe MAF cleaning will do the trick. I am also suspecting the EVAP vacuum hose. I don't have any EVAP codes, but I haven't changed the hoses either. The one that goes to the intake hose is in a really bad condition, the others are somewhat OK.
I've had this rich condition for a while, but I'm having a hard time pointing out what the problem is. The boost is kind of erratic. On some days it pulls better, on some - worse. Will be replacing the plugs as soon as I can get this fixed.
I don't want to start by replacing the MAF and Lambda, these parts are quite expensive and I need to be 100% sure it isn't something cheap, like a hose.

Will follow this thread. Getting the same code. Tried brake cleaner around vacuum hoses and no change in the idle. Trying to pinpoint a vacuum leak and can't find one. Please post your findings.

how are your injector seals? when you did the pcv did you torque the manifold bolts all the way? gasket new and ok?

Still working on it guys, sorry for the delayed response.
I used a Snabb intake manifold gasket. Torqued the bolts to 15 ft/lbs. Did new o-rings on the injectors at the same time.
I might take it over to a Volvo shop and have them sniff around for a vacuum leak. Still concerned it may be the MAF. I'll let you guys know more as I find out.

Okay, so new development this morning. Car threw CEL again, p1132 as usual came up but also p0140 with the rear O2 sensor -- apparently it isn't happy either.
I have an appointment with an independent shop on Weds to look at it -- my goal is to just not replace random parts in a goose-chase style.
Will update with more info as it comes.

your rear o2 doesnt contribute to engine function to my knowledge, when you replaced the etm you had it married to the computer right? all gaskets are good? have replaced the manifold gasket with pcv service?

I have the Xemodex ETM which comes pre-programmed -- it shouldn't need to be married to the specific car (theoretically). All gaskets should be good - new gasket on ETM, new manifold gasket, lots of new vacuum lines in there while I had it all apart. I was very meticulous about putting it all back together well.
I won't lie, I am a little concerned about the Xemodex ETM. If it is a problem, you would think it should have given me grief form the get-go.

Vacuum leak is more likely. An ETM fault is going to come fast and furious imhe
