Windows 7/8 OBD Software

Can anyone recommend any Windows 7/8 64 bit software + ELM 327 interface for OBD II code reading, clearing and live data capture or display? I guess what I'm looking for is a Torque-like application that'll run on a windows 7/8 laptop with the ELM being either bluetooth or usb.
I'm not too much concerned if it is fully Volvo capable but that wouldn't be bad either. I've googled and found some stuff and will probably try a couple of these apps just to see what I can do. I'll report back once I've eval'd a few.

You could try CaroO Pro or ScanXL professional.
I haven't used them but have read about them. Apparently they do the same as Torque pro.
But not 100% sure.

If you do let us know what they do!
